Fireplaces
Fireplace surrounds were always fun jobs, with
lots of little details. They had to be done right, because often, they became
the focal point of the room.

Looks like marble, but it isn't! This unit was painted by
the Valley Craftsmen. If I hadn't built it, I wouldn't have believed it
was wood. |

This two units were commissioned by a local
millwork distributor for a movie being shot in downtown Baltimore. The
designs was taken from a 19th century house in New York state. Again, the
faux marble is almost unbelievable! |
